The Canadian shows went very well!!  Canada still has a strong economy and their dollar is still staying strong.  This will be a great year to ship stone across the border.  Also, we went to the "Lawn and Patio" show at the Lloyd Center in Portland.  The attendance was strong and the overall feeling was that the economy in the area is looking stable and landscaping projects are on the rise!! 

We attended the Spokane home show last Saturday at the fairgrounds.  Once again attendance was very good on the weekend and the landscapers had a positive number of jobs to work on this spring.

We are leaving March 4th for the Billings "Home and Garden" show.  Those show dates will be the 5th Noon to 5:00 p.m. and the 6th & 7th all day for show times.  We are looking foreword to seeing you all at the show!! 

We are in Calgary, Canada on the 10th and 11th of February from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm. Come see our wide varity of stone. We will have samples to take so that you can see how well they will fit into your projects. this is our second year in Calgary and are looking forward to making new contacts and renewing current ones.

If you miss us in Calgary, we will be in Abotsford on the 17th and 18th. Hope to see you all there!

As Block Mountain Stone continues to grow and improve, we have launched a new website. It has enhanced tools for viewing our products, a blog to convey the latest news and information from Block Mountain Stone, and videos of our quarries and product. We have also launched Facebook and Twitter pages as part of this effort.
